Myrtos by Asimakis X FLOWERBX
Chelsea in Bloom is just around the corner, and with it, a new expression of the season at Myrtos. In partnership with FLOWERBX, we introduce a menu of floral-led dishes and cocktails, designed to complement our classic à la carte offering.
What is Chelsea in Bloom?
Running alongside the world-famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Chelsea in Bloom brings the spirit of high-end floral artistry out of the showground and onto the streets of London, turning everyday spaces into extraordinary visual experiences. From shopfronts and hotels to cafés and boutiques, the entire neighbourhood becomes a curated outdoor gallery of imaginative floral installations.
What makes Chelsea in Bloom truly special is that it’s completely free to explore, inviting everyone to experience world-class floral design up close, while enjoying the energy of one of London’s most refined neighborhoods. Set against an annual theme, this year Out of this World, will see Chelsea completely transformed into an intergalactic wonderland, with floral displays centred around the allure of space travel, astrology and spiritual symbolism.
Chelsea in Bloom: How to Explore
Discover Chelsea in Bloom through a more considered, immersive journey. Join a guided walk led by the festival’s ambassador, where each floral installation reveals its story, an invitation to connect more deeply with the artistry and inspiration behind every detail.
For a more effortless experience, take your seat in a Chelsea in Bloom rickshaw and drift through the neighbourhood at a gentler pace, where the beauty of each display unfolds naturally around you.
Or, experience your own route across the intergalactic floral extravaganza. Begin at Sloane Square, where Chelsea in Bloom reveals a celestial display, a constellation of florals that quietly evoke the harmony of nature and the cosmos.
From here, walk along Sloane Street, where craftsmanship and imagination meet, mythical forms take shape in petals and leaves, from a soaring Pegasus to a striking dragon, each installation is a celebration of artistry and detail.
Continue towards Pavilion Road, where the mood softens into something more playful, a fleeting, almost dreamlike pause beneath a hovering floral installation.
Finally, arrive at King’s Road, where the journey culminates in a grand tribute to the natural world: an abundant floral globe, rich in texture and life.
The Myrtos Menu, Reimagined by FLOWERBX
At Myrtos London, the season continues at the table. In collaboration with FLOWERBX, we bring guests a selection of dishes and cocktails, reflecting the same sense of transience and natural beauty seen throughout Chelsea in Bloom – ingredient-led, expressive and quietly detailed.
Step through our FLOWERBX-designed pink bougainvillea and cherry blossom archway before delving into the Bluefin Tuna Ceviche, a starter layered with rock samphire and nasturtium petals. For the table, experience our Kefalonian Organic Seabass, a centrepiece made to be shared in the spirit of philoxenia. Finish with Greek Frozen Yoghurt, macerated strawberries, Metaxa, mahlepi granola and borage flowers – a fragrant, quietly indulgent close.
Alongside the menu, a collaboration with Line Athens – ranked among the World’s Best Bars – introduces four floral cocktails shaped by seasonality. From the Flower Gimlet with gin, strawberry, elderflower and green pepper, to the non-alcoholic Garden Punch with green apple, cucumber and jasmine, each is light, balanced and considered.
Whichever way you decide to explore Chelsea in Bloom this Spring, the Myrtos by Asimakis X FLOWERBX menu ends the day just as it started. Creative and alluring, a feast to the senses.
